Three G's Resort, nestled in a cozy bay on beautiful Lake George, offers some of the finest lodging in Northern Wisconsin. Our cottages are designed to meet the needs of today's vacationer. These vacation homes are very clean, have fully equipped kitchens, modern bathrooms, and comfortable living rooms with color televisions. Some have fireplaces. Our guests have complimented us on our tastefully decorated rooms which bring about a cozy atmosphere. Each cottage has a picnic table and Weber grill.

Extra Person $40 each/Extra dog is also $40 each Prime and Peak Season

Daily rates available September through June

Off-Season $85 per night for 1 - 2 persons plus $25 per night for each additional person.

Fieldstone Lodge and Villa are a minimum of $175 per night for up to 4 people plus $30 per night for every other person
Prime season and holiday weekends: Villa $250 night, Lodge $325 night.

During June, July and August, most of our cottages are rented by the week. 
The rest of the year, nightly, weekly, and monthly lodging is available. (2 night minimum)
Weekly rentals Saturday to Saturday (check in 2:00 PM and check out 9:00 AM)

RESERVATIONS:

A deposit is required to hold a reservation.  Deposits are non-refundable and not subject to a credit card charge-back.  We will only refund your deposit if we can re-book your reservation.  Snowmobilers and skiers, we will refund your deposit if the trails are not usable (Our judgment).  If you are sending a check, a credit card is required to hold your reservation.  If the check does not arrive within seven days, your deposit will be charged to your credit card.  A credit card is required at check in. Any unpaid balance, damage to cabins, property, or rental equipment will be chaged to your cedit card. When you make a reservation with Three G's Resort, you are agreeing to this policy.

DEPOSITS: +
Minimum $200.  3 - Bedroom: $300.  4 - Bedroom: $400.  5 - Bedroom: $500

BOATS:
14 Foot Aluminum boat free with cabin
Outboard motors (8hp) are $130 per week, $30 per day (plus fuel)
Extra boats are $25 per day or $100 per week

PONTOON BOAT:
21 foot
$595 per week or $125 per day (plus fuel)

All of our cottages have color television with cable, are fully carpeted, have modern fully-equipped kitchens with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, toaster, coffeepot, microwave, stove, refrigerator, Weber grill and picnic table.  All are thoroughly insulated and have natural gas heat to keep you cozy and warm even on cold winter nights.  All bed linens and blankets are supplied at no additional charge.  Towels are not supplied.  Most cottages have hide-a-beds in the living room for extra guests.  There is a $40-per-week charge for each extra guest.  Children three years and under - no charge.  High chairs and porta-cribs are provided at no charge.  Full size cribs are not available.

For the Family:
Huge trees adorn our grounds. Guests can relax in the shade or bask in the sun. We have an excellent sand beach with a large raft, swings, slides, a sand box, badminton, rec rooms, boating, and shuffleboard.
